Fitness Center

If you would like access to the fitness center, please send your signed waiver to bourse@a-g.com. Once your waiver has been approved by the building, your security card will be activated for access to the 10th floor and fitness center.

All employees must review the Rules and Regulations and sign the Waiver before utilizing the fitness center.

9th Floor Amenity Space

The Amenity Space has:

• A kitchen

• Dining room area

• Three conference rooms 

• Two lounge areas. 

• There are total of 4 TVs in the space and it is accessible from 7am to 7pm for all Bourse tenants.

If you would like to reserve a conference room in the amenity space, please email Bourse@a-g.com with details on date, time, and # of people in your meeting. We ask that you try to plan for your conference room needs and email two days in advance. That said, we realize there will be impromptu needs, and we will do our best to turn around a conference room booking as quickly as possible after receiving an email. 

Based on our observations of being in the space, the amenity conference rooms are not used very often by other tenants. So if you have a last minute need and you see a room open, you can always take your chances and grab an open room vs going through the booking process.
